Men's Power, Strength and Core Hour
Men, it's time to join an exercise class with no fancy choreography or dance steps. Enjoy this moderate intensity workout that combines cardio, strength and core exercise. The class is guided by kinesiologist and pilates instructor to ensure participants have good form, while incorporating exercises based on science and not the latest exercise trends.
